Join The Yoga Flat teachers Faye Baldwin and Sarah Emilie Boas for a late afternoon with sense awakening cacao ceremony, creative yoga flow and shamanic journey to the unseen.

Access wisdom with cacao through the universal ancient archetypes of the Serpent, Jaguar and Condor. Drawing from the roots of the Chakana, the Incan cross, we will enter the lower, middle and upper realms through meditation, vinyasa flow and a guided shamanic journey.

To open the evening we will serve heart opening Guatemalan cacao initiating a sweet release of endorphins. The ceremonial space will held by medicine songs, drumming and mantra.

Shedding layers of ego like the serpent sheds its skin, we transcend fear and doubt with the jaguar to then rise with the condor and connect to spirit.
