Our six weeks prenatal yoga course gives you the perfect opportunity to nurture yourself in a way that will benefit you throughout your pregnancy, birth and journey towards motherhood.
Your pregnancy is one of the most special times of your life - a transforming time, where you are constantly reminded of everything that is happening both physically and mentally. Your body is using a lot of energy to create your little mini-person and therefore it is extra important that you take care of yourself. This 6 weeks prenatal yoga course gives you the perfect opportunity to be good to yourself in a way that will benefit you throughout your pregnancy, your birth and your journey towards motherhood.
Overall the classes will focus on building strength, balance and peace, in both body and mind. You will be a part of a small and intimate group of pregnant women practicing yoga together once a week, all in a safe and nurturing space. You are invited to slow down the pace and shift focus from your head to your body allowing you to connect with yourself and your baby.
Each week will feature a different theme that relates to both pregnancy and birth, and you will learn how to use movement, meditation and breath during labour. Every class will make space to share experiences, thoughts and feelings about the pregnancy and upcoming birth.
You can join the prenatal course when you feel ready, but we recommend that you wait until you are at least 12 weeks pregnant.
