Hanumanasana
Master Class
w. Aislinn Coleman
It’s a forward fold, a backbend, a hip opener, and a deep hamstring stretch; it’s no accident that the Hindu diety Hanuman, after whom Hanumanasana (Full Split) is named, is known as the embodiment of devotion, a quality that serves us well on the road to this expansive posture requiring both deep hip extension and hip flexion.
Wherever you are on your journey towards the splits, this Master Class will safely and thoroughly warm you up physically, energetically, and mentally to approach this challenging asana with skill and confidence, using a blend of the creative, intelligent sequencing of cYoga (@cyogalab) and the anatomical precision of SmartFlow Yoga.
Variations will be offered throughout the practice so practitioners of all levels can safely explore their edge; you’ll learn techniques and drills to incorporate into your practice so you can continue confidently on the road to Hanumasana. We'll use all of our hard work to play with some inversions before closing with a soft, sweet cool down and lush Savasana.
All levels are welcome, but some yoga experience is recommended to get the most out of this Master Class.
Price: 350,-
