Everybody is talking about fermenting - its crazy healthy, it is tasty, it prevents food waste and it is easy to make in your own kitchen.
This Sunday afternoon workshop is a rare opportunity to get an introduction to the world of fermenting, and learn how to make your own super fermented foods like kimchi, kaut, kvass or kombucha.
Nutritionist, chef, blogger and author of the the newly published cook book 51% RAW, Ginda Hirslund, is in collaboration with the organic farm and food company, Årstiderne, doing small talks and workshops on fermenting. And we are really happy, that she wants to come do her workshop at the Yoga Flat.
Ginda will go through the historic background and the pricipals on fermenting and how fermented, probiotic foods have amazing health benefits. Ginda will also demonstrate how to make your own kimchi, and you will get recepies and the opportunity to taste various fermented foods like kombucha and kimchi.
