Restorative, Contemplative and Meditation workshop w. Pernille Aven

When the veils between the worlds are thin and we enter the darkest time of the year; you are invited to move deep within. It is on the inner journey to the Self, that we see the depths of our soul and the beauty and power of our inner light.
This magical time of the year is the most potent time to; sheed, renew ourselves, reflect and dream. It is time to incubate and call for rest. 

This workshop is a well served mixture of different ancient practices; we will explore a myth of one of the dark Goddesses, to take us through a gentle and restorative yoga asana practice, contemplative ritual and deep meditation.

It is 3,5 hours of exploration, where we will nourish and rejuvenate the seeds and our roots, because it is here life/ideas starts and the place where all growth begins.

Pernille Aven is facilitating this workshop to guide you through the threshold of Samhain and Awakening your Sovereign Self.
She has more than 14 years of yoga teaching experience, leading ritual circles and mentoring people. Her mission is to accelerate your personal growth and awaken your desire for living your life authentic from your heart, follow your dreams and enjoy everything life has to offer.

This workshop is open to everyone (Women & Men) and all levels - no experience needed.
