Byurakn, Student:
‘‘It is a great pleasure learning from someone as knowledgeable as you and I must admit I have rather high standards when it comes to body and health. Your approach to visualizing the pelvic floor helped a lot connecting with that part of the body - a rather mysterious place we may know about but not be aware of. The workshop felt like a magic key that opened a door to access the pelvic floor, which I think is fundamental for training the pelvic floor.
I appreciated that postpartum recovery was also part of the talk, as it is something that is often neglected and not talked about. And of course, I cannot stress enough how much more pleasurable and effective the learning experience is when there are other pregnant women in the room, some who have given birth previously and we can share and learn from each other.’’
