A Trauma-Informed Class Series

This series is designed for anyone experiencing pelvic floor imbalance, weakness, or pain. With a trauma-informed approach, this class supports your journey to greater well-being and health. I see you as a whole person, and you will be encouraged to work at your own pace—never pushed beyond your comfort zone. Our practice will be guided by the yogic principle of Ahimsa (non-harming) and a foundation of self-love.

Who is this class for?

This series is open to all—everyone is welcome. If you experience any of the following or similar conditions, this class may be beneficial for you:

  • Pelvic pain

  • Incontinence

  • Lower back pain

  • Organ prolapse

  • Past injury

  • Physical or emotional trauma

  • Birth trauma

  • Endometriosis

  • Sexual dysfunction

  • Vulvodynia 

  • Bladder pain

  • Pain with intercourse

Have you been told that yoga could help, but found that regular classes feel overwhelming or difficult to follow while keeping yourself safe? This class is designed for you.

This class series is also for you who are curious and want to deepen your knowledge and understanding of your body's function, be proactive about your health and want to increase a sense of vitality and joy around the pelvic region.  

What to Expect 

Leah’s Integrated Pelvic Health approach incorporates:

  • Body awareness, strength, flexibility, stability, and self-compassion

  • A safe space to release shame, fear, or embarrassment surrounding pelvic floor issues

  • Gentle yet effective practices to both strengthen and release pelvic floor muscles, supporting balance and healing

  • Focus on alignment, breath, and deep stabilization—understanding the vital connection between breathing patterns and pelvic function

  • Personalized exploration—learning to recognize your unique patterns of tension and strength, so your practice meets your needs

The class will support you in establishing the internal connection needed for your continuous healing journey.

About Leah Wrobel

Leah Wrobel is an international trauma informed, advanced yoga teacher teaching yoga for more than 20 years and the author of the book: Yoga for Pelvic Floor Health: A Whole Body Approach to Strengthening & Healing. Leah offers retreats, workshops, classes and online courses, and her education includes certifications in Kripalu, Vijnana, Rocket Vinyasa and Prenatal Yoga. She is a pelvic floor fascia trainor with the Franklin Method, specialises in trauma sensitive yoga, and holds a certification in Integral Anatomy and an MA in religious studies. Currently she is studying to become a certified sexuality and relationship counselor.
