Brith is a body therapist educated at Body SDS - but she also went to India and dived deep in to the field of Ayurveda coming back as a devoted Ayurvedic therapist and a dedicated yogi.
Body SDS
This treatment form i a hands on whole body's treatment, focusing on physical as well as mental and emotional tensions, in the form of accumulated emotions and thoughts that might have settled in the body. Through various massage techniques, pulsation, zone pressure and use of the breath Brith focuses on releasing energetic blockages and restore balance in body and mind.
Ayurveda Treatments
Ayurveda is an ancient Indian system of natural and holistic medicine and healing. Ayurveda means, translated from Sanskrit "Science of Life". Here in the West, we tend to focus only on the treatment of disease, where Ayurveda focuses on preventing disease - and if the disease occurs to eliminate the underlying cause of the disease.
Ayurvedic treatments nourish the nervous system and balance the natural ground energy. During a treatment, the nervous system settles down and there is an increased energy connection between body, breath and mind. By precise and gentle stimulation of vital energy points in the body, stress conditions and blockages dissolve. The muscles, connective tissue and internal organs in the body are activated and nourished, which will harmonize the hormone balance and nervous system. There are various kinds of treatments:
Abhyanga
Ayurvedic full body massage, with light, rhythmic strokes and movements that makes the body relax and calm down.
Duration: 45 min.
Marma
A healing therapy that works on subtle energy points to open blocks in the network. It improves and balances the flow of Prana (vital life force) while providing total relaxation.
Duration: 45 minutes
Facial Marma
Technology for stimulating and nourishing the skin but also great for the body. This is a facial treatment with clean, scrub, steam, mask and massage of the face.

Reflexoligy
An oriental healing technique is used to relax the nerves and release trapped energy. Based on the principle that reflex points in the feet and palms are associated with individual organs and different parts of the body. Manipulation of these areas of reflection helps stimulate the corresponding organs. Helps with insomnia, pain and menstrual problems.
Duration: 50 minutes
Swedish
A complete body massage that is achieved by rubbing the muscles with long glides toward blood returning to the heart. This results in absolute relaxation.
Duration: 60 minutes
Rakkenho
A holistic health practice from Japan that benefits body, mind, heart and spirit. The treatment promotes circulation, relaxation, health and well-being. The massage itself is performed with the feet, where the client lies on the floor.
Duration: 45 minutes
Foot massage
This massage helps strengthen the nerves in the feet, which in turn restores health to many parts of the body. The energy points are massaged, which balances your doshas.
Duration: 30 minutes
Hilot
Old Filipino healing method involving massage of different styles and strokes. and intends, among other things, to stimulate the nerve system and increase lung activity .
