Prenatal Workshop: Connect with your unborn child w. Ranka Skak

  • The Yoga Flat Christianshavns Torv 2 1410 København K Denmark (map)

This august Rankas Book “En tryg Begyndelse” was published in Denmark.

The months where a new life is created inside a woman’s body offers a special kind of intimacy between mother and child. In this workshop we will deepen into that intimacy.

Pregnancy also offers a change in consciousness for the mother. A new intuition and sensuousness are awakened.

In the workshop you will be guided to listen to the knowledge of your pregnant body and to enhance the connection with your unborn child.

You will learn about

  • The world of the fetus. Its senses and how it is already preparing for life outside the womb.

  • The connection between fetus and mother and how they support each other.

  • Ways to explore and refine the connection with your baby.

We will also talk about the issues that can stand in the way of a good connection with your unborn child. These themes can be physical or psychological. We look at it with gentle eyes and empathy.

Just as we experience our own body-connection in very individual ways - the same goes for our connection with our fetus. There is no right or wrong. Respect for your own experience is key.
