with Hanne Konstantin
Do you still need a wall to get into a head stand – or are you not even trying to do a head stand?
Do you feel uncomfortable when you are going into a shoulder stand?
This workshop will give you the tools to learn the most basic inversions in a regular yoga class.
Maybe you just need a little more knowledge about techniques and what to look out for to be safe in the inversion.
You might need some practice on the preparations a little while before you have the techniques and the strength to get up in a head stand with ease.
Maybe you need to use some probs to get in a schoulder stand with no pressure on your neck.
When practicing inversions we always have be sure to take care of ourselfs. We have to work with intelligence and maybe with less ambition. Knowing your limits so you do not harm yourself.
You will learn how to use the wall in the beginning and how to find balance in head stands.
You will learn to use probs in shoulder stand if needed.
We will go through preparations and modifications for the inversions, so you know what options you have in a mixed class.
We will support each other to get into the inversions with more confidence.
You might already have the strength to find your way into an inversion all by your self, with a little help.
Come play and find your way to a safe and confident inversion.
It took me 8 years to be confident in a head stand without having a wall behind me ☺
You can probably do it faster if you know how to work without the fear of falling.

Has a very thorough insight into anatomy and the entire musculoskeletal system, after studying medicine at Odense University with i.a. anatomy and physiology.
It was a coincidence when I tried my first AstangaYoga class and became so fascinated by this encounter after the first hour that it gradually developed into a love affair that I feel I have to pass on, which is why I have dedicated all my working time to yoga.
The love and joy I have found in my yoga, I try to pass on when I teach. It should also be fun to practice yoga.
When I later came to a playful Rocket Yoga class in San Francisco I decided to go back to get a Teachers Training and was the first Rocket Teacher in Denmark.
However, I place great emphasis on yoga being safe, so my teaching will be characterized by everyone learning to get in and out of the positions safely.
She guides you through detailed instruction and provides wonderful assists and adjustments to bring you deeper in your pose and help with correct alignment. She has a deep understanding of yoga and you can feel that when you attend one of her classes.
