Many of us leed busy lives, moving in our goal oriented Yang energy, pretty much everywhere.
At work, in the family, in the social network, at home and not least in ourselves.
We are expected, at a high pace, to set goals, sub-goals and archive them - with success no matter what area of life we move in.
This leaves many of us, with an experience of stress at times - or as a constant.
So how would it be like to press STOP?
What happens when you allow yourself to close your eyes, slow down completely and tune in and notice how you are doing?
What will you find, I wonder?
When we practice balancing our Yang energetic approach with our Yin energy. We will find our balance in life.
Yin Yoga is a therapeutic form of Yoga. We work in the connective tissue and nervous system “, rather than the muscular tissue.
Mindfullness and a wee bit more, if you will.
Being mindful with ourselves, does not dictate happiness and balance all the time, you know?
Mindfulness means being mindful with whatever is up.
To observe, notice & honor how and what we feel - and behave accordingly.
The Workshop.
We move slowly between each pose, we stay 2-6 minutes in each pose, the positions are simple and everyone can join, regardless of previous yoga practice.
The Yin practice can be quite powerful.
If we allow our self to be, with whatever is.
The whole workshop will be accompanied with sounds from the most delicious Sound bath.
