With Tao

The 60-Hour Yin Yoga & Traditional Chinese Medicine Training is designed to deepen your understanding of Yin Yoga while integrating the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

This training explores the connection between body, mind, and energy through TCM theories such as meridians, chi flow, and organ health.
