Retreat into a nurturing space when we invite you to join us for 2.5 hours of self-compassion.
This workshop is about taking care of you, and giving yourself the important gift of time and space to nurture yourself, your body and your mind after becoming a mother.
With gentle movement, long stretches, meditation, Reiki, sounds and stillness you will be guided to tap in to your own power and softness as a new mother.
Together we will create a calm space and support you in your postpartum healing process, both mentally, physically and spiritually.
The workshop is facilitated by doulas and yoga teachers Mathilde Milan and Charlotte Noer.
Snacks and tea will be served!
