The threshold to a new year, is a potent time to set intentions and leave the old behind.

This year we are saying goodbye to a year, filled with unexpected challenges and possibly a whole new way to look at the world and ourselves. To make a conscious choice of what you personally need or want to let go of, plus manifest and grow in the new year, is a committed practice to and with yourself. So dedicate 3,5 hours on this Awakening Sovereignty workshop to kick start YOUR 2021.

In this workshop, we will use ancient practices of rituals, flow through a gentle yoga asana practice, meditate, contemplate and set intentions. So we can let go of 2020, ready to embrace and welcome a new year, with prosperity of all that it holds.

Pernille Aven is facilitating this workshop to guide you to the threshold and Awakening your Sovereign Self in the new year. She has more than 13 years of yoga teaching experience, leading ritual circles and mentoring people. Her mission is to accelerate your personal growth and awaken your desire for living your life authentic from your heart, follow your dreams and enjoy everything life has to offer.

This workshop is open to everyone (Women & Men) and all levels - no experience needed, only a desire to make 2021 the best year for YOU.
